Got up and had breakfast and tok bus to the town of Robion which was a one hour ride. We then walked about 3.5 miles to the ancient town of Oppede le Vieux. This town is being re-populated now and has medieval ruins in its upper areas. The ruins are in fairly good condition. You could see the function of the different buildings and see a royal coat of arms symbol on some of the ruins. Then we hiked back via a somewhat easier route to Robion and had a cooling lemon drink. After that we had dinner at Le Ventoux which we both enjoyed again. The pastries have been great and the dinners have been good so far.
